Leslie Keen

Combining over 25 years of experience with Knightsbridge, French-Thornton, Andersen Consulting and various Boards of Education while working across North America, Europe and Asia, Leslie is adept at identifying and delivering integrated and enduring business results through collaborating across the organization.

Leslie has extensive experience in facilitating the design and implementation of integrated strategies that support leaders and organizations through major business transformation.  She also is highly versed in designing and delivering experiential leadership development programs that align with strategy and integral business processes to ensure the desired changes in behaviours, mindset and practices are sustained.  

Leslie holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, and is a Certified Management Consultant.

Leslie is a former Director of the Board for Skate Canada, an accomplished World and Olympic level Judge in figure skating, and an avid world traveller.
